March Virtual Challenge

• Ride as per your convenient time and route. Follow government guidelines.
• Virtual / Indoor Trainer rides will count. 
• Challenge Date: 1st March to 31st March
• 500km/1000km/1500km in the month of March 2022. You can start riding on any date between 1st March 2022 and 31st March 2022. Consecutive day rides are not necessary. Total 500km/1000km/1500km is required in March month.
• Only 500km/1000km/1500km will be counted: There is no extra credit for more distance rides and there are no leaderboard ranks for this challenge.
• There is no time limit for the rides. There is no extra credit for completing 500km/1000km/1500km faster and there is no leaderboard ranking for this challenge.
• Above 7+ age can participate in the challenge.
• All bicycles will be allowed. (electric bicycle not allowed)
• We will consider Strava, Garmin or any GPS tracking device considered. Kindly log or port your data to Strava, Garmin for the Challenge.
• Each individual is responsible for his own health & safety and Promise Sports & Entertainment (PSE) is not responsible for any casualty. By entering into the challenge you accept the above.
• PSE decision is final.
• Kindly follow all Covid19 regulations and guidelines during the ride.

Common FAQs: 
1. If a rider registered for 500km/1000km and completed 1500+km, then also the rider will get 500km/1000km medal and e-certificate.

2. If a rider registered for 500km and completed 1000+ km… then also the rider will get a 500km medal and e-certificate.

3. If a rider registered for 500km and 1000km, and completed 1000km/1500km+…. then the rider will get a 1000km medal and certificate. Here a rider will not get a 500km medal. it will count as a multiple registration.

4. If a rider registered for 500km, 1000km and 1500km, and completed 1500km+…. then the rider will get a 1500km medal and e-certificate. Here a rider will not get a 500km and 1000km medal. It will count as a multiple registration.

What do I need to do after completion of 500km/1000km/1500km in March 2021?

STRAVA USERS: Once participant done the registration, Page will redirect to the Strava page. Now click on “Request to join this club”. and join the PSE March Challenge club.

Its mandatory to join this club.

If not SRAVA: All other apps users such as Garmin, Endomondo, Apple app, Map My Ride, Tomtom, Samsung Health, MI fit band, Amazefit watch, etc need to submit their data manually from 1st April 2022 to 5th April 2022.

Data submission dates will remain active for up to 5 days from 1st April 2022. After that, we will not consider your data.

We will start sending mail/shipping your finisher gift vouchers/goodies from 24th April onwards. Due to the lockdown or less labor situation delivery services are taking time so please be patient. The finisher gift vouchers/goodies will be mailed/delivered to you within 20 – 25 Days.

Return & Exchanges Possibility:
We really do not foresee this but in case of requirement to return or exchange, you may please do the following.

EXCHANGES Let’s keep it simple. If the delivered t-shirt does not fit on you or if you find any manufacturing defect then immediately please email us at [email protected] and let us know your order number and the size you wish to exchange for. Kindly return your t-shirt in an un-worn condition and we will send you your preferred one by speed post or courier within a reasonable time and we will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We would request you to track your parcel through tracking number.

If we are sold out on your ordered item then we will offer you a FULL refund of the purchase price. Please note that the shipping charge for the replacement product will be ₹ 65 for domestic shipments in case of sizing issues. In case of manufacturing defects, we shall bear the two way shipping charges that will be involved in the complete exchange process. Apart from any other reason mentioned earlier, we will not be in a position to entertain any refund.
